Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern use of Claude de Pace — the Telegram bot and the websites claude-de-pace.ru / claude-de-pace.online (the “Service”) — provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement in full.

1.3. If you disagree with these terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of services and digital goods

2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including informational materials, training programs, consultations, digital products, and related support.

2.2. Materials may include:

• information from public sources;
• original materials by the Administration and/or third parties;
• analytical reviews, selections, recommendations, and structured data.

2.3. You acknowledge that the value of the Service lies in systematization, analysis, presentation, support, and updates — not in the exclusivity of individual information fragments.

2.4. The Service does not claim that every element of its materials is unique or unavailable elsewhere.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the Service will meet your expectations;
• any financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
• consequences of applying materials you receive;
• acts or omissions of third parties;
• temporary outages or access limits.

3.4. All decisions about applying materials, recommendations, and services are made by you at your own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or assist unlawful activity.

4.2. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and third-party rules.

4.3. Responsibility for lawful use of Service materials and services rests entirely with you.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All materials in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. You may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer, or otherwise use Service materials without the rights holder’s permission.

5.3. Intellectual property violations may result in restricted access without compensation.

6. Access restrictions

6.1. The Administration may suspend or limit access if:

• you breach this Agreement;
• abuse is detected;
• law or payment providers require it.

6.2. Access restrictions do not release you from previously incurred obligations.

6.3. The Administration may refuse service to users whose actions create elevated risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Payment is made on the terms shown in the Service before checkout. Current prices: 490 ₽ per month or 4,900 ₽ per year.

7.2. Because digital goods and services are intangible, refunds after access is granted are generally unavailable, except as stated below.

7.3. A refund may be available only if:

• the service was not delivered due to a technical fault of the Service;
• access to the digital good was never actually provided.

7.4. To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of payment at: info@claude-de-pace.ru.

7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration individually.

7.6. You agree not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting Service support.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration may collect minimally necessary technical data to operate the Service.

8.2. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data, but absolute security of transmitted information is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to these terms

9.1. The Administration may update this Agreement.

9.2. The current version is published in the Service.

9.3. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
